Package: python-poppler
Version: 0.8.1-1
Severity: serious
User: debian-release at lists.debian.org
Usertag: transition-blocker
From https://buildd.debian.org/fetch.cgi?pkg=python-poppler&arch=amd64&ver=0.8.1-1%2Bb1&stamp=1236431658&file=log&as=raw:
  | gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I. -I/usr/include/python2.4 -D_REENTRANT -I/usr/include/pygtk-2.0 -I/usr/include/glib-2.0 -I/usr/lib/glib-2.0/include -I/usr/include/atk-1.0 -I/usr/include/poppler/glib -I/usr/include/poppler -I/usr/include/gtk-2.0 -I/usr/lib/gtk-2.0/include -I/usr/include/cairo -I/usr/include/pango-1.0 -I/usr/include/pixman-1 -I/usr/include/freetype2 -I/usr/include/directfb -I/usr/include/libpng12 -I/usr/include/pycairo -g -O2 -Wall -std=c9x -fno-strict-aliasing -MT poppler_la-poppler.lo -MD -MP -MF .deps/poppler_la-poppler.Tpo -c poppler.c -fPIC -DPIC -o .libs/poppler_la-poppler.o
  | poppler.c: In function '_wrap_poppler_annot_text_get_icon':
  | poppler.c:1705: warning: assignment makes integer from pointer without a cast
  | poppler.c:1707: error: 'POPPLER_TYPE_ANNOT_TEXT_ICON' undeclared (first use in this function)
  | poppler.c:1707: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
  | poppler.c:1707: error: for each function it appears in.)
  | poppler.c: In function 'py_poppler_add_constants':
  | poppler.c:3373: error: 'POPPLER_TYPE_ANNOT_TEXT_ICON' undeclared (first use in this function)
I'm guessing pypoppler just needs an update to its latest upstream
version in order to build fine against the latest poppler. I'd be
grateful if somebody could do that soon.
Thanks,
