[Python-modules-team] Bug#528359: python-pycurl: dependencies incorrect

whilst running an app which uses pycurl, i got this:

Fatal Python error: pycurl: libcurl link-time version is older than 
compile-time version

which implies that the build dependencies do not contain the correct
version of libcurl.
