[Python-modules-team] Bug#552949: lazr.restfulclient: FTBFS: tries to download packages from the internet

Quick update:
I'm preparing new upstream release which fixes this bug, but it will
take a little longer because I must assure compatibility with
python-launchpadlib. It also needs another Python module not available
in the archive yet. I plan to fix these issues during the next week.
