[Python-modules-team] Bug#542789: ITP: ubuntu-dev-tools -- useful tools for Ubuntu developers

Given that James Westby was working on those, I'd like to hear from him
about his progresses. I could eventually take care of the two packages
myself under DPMT hat if James had no time.
