[Python-modules-team] Bug#544760: python-pythonmagick: relink to libmagick++2=7:6.5.5.3-1

Upon upgrading to libmagick++2=7:6.5.5.3-1, I found that I started getting the following error on importing

I found that recompiling the package with dpkg-buildpackage fixed it. No
source changes were necessary.
