Hi folks,

During a rebuild in Ubuntu for the libmagick++2 library transition, I found
that pythonmagick FTBFS in Ubuntu as a side effect of the imagemagick
package being built without librsvg. pythonmagick makes direct of
pkg-config during the build (it fails to find imagemagick without it), but
pkg-config is only installed as an accident as a dependency of
libgtk2.0-dev.

It would be advisable to have pythonmagick build-depend on pkg-config
directly; see attached patch.
