On one hand, I'm inclined to think that tw.dynforms might warrant a
package of its own. On the other, toscawidgets package is already a
multi-upstream package so adding yet another egg inside it does not
adding complexity. Bottom line: yes, I can add it. Theoretically.

Practically there is a problem with the licensing terms of tw.dynforms,
which are not listed at all: not at the PyPi page [1], not in the egg
info inside the archive, not in any single .py file of tw.dynforms I
stumbled upon.

I *guess* that the license is MIT, as declared by other distro packaging
it (e.g. SUSE), but until those terms are declared somewhere (at least
in the EGG file), I fear I cannot package it as we wouldn't be
authorized to distribute it.

To this end, I'm Cc-ing the upstream author of tw.dynforms: can you
please both state here which are the licensing terms of tw.dynforms and
make a new release specifying those terms in the archive? (If you want,
once the terms are clarified, I can provide you a diff with respect to
current zip that add the needed notes).

Many thanks in advance,
Cheers.
