[Python-modules-team] Bug#579105: python-turbogears: failed pkg_resources on distribute or python-suppport dependency

After updating to python-turbokid version 1.0.5-1 in testing, and
trying to run an old TG1 application i got the error:

In https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/563060 it says that there is a
problem with some packages only depend on python-pgk-resources and 
not on python-setuptools or inclusion of setuptools in it's
'*.egg-info/requires.txt'.

After installing package python-setuptools 0.6.10-4 and reinstalling
python-turbokid, i was able to run correctly my old TG1 application.
