[Python-modules-team] Packaging NumPy 1.4

Hi,

just wanted to know if anybody is working on numpy 1.4 (otherwise I'd
take a shot at it, now that the sip/PyQt is mostly finished), or if
there are any issues that keep it from being uploaded.
