[Python-modules-team] Bug#565686: python-multiprocessing: please add Provides: python-processing

Please add "Provides: python-processing" to the package metadata. sagemath is
otherwise uninstallable, since python-processing is no longer in the Debian
repositories, and the former's package maintainer seems inactive.
