I tested with /usr/share/pyshared/numpy/distutils/tests/f2py_f90_ext/include/body.f90
and both

f2py2.5 -c /usr/share/pyshared/numpy/distutils/tests/f2py_f90_ext/include/body.f90

and

f2py2.6 -c /usr/share/pyshared/numpy/distutils/tests/f2py_f90_ext/include/body.f90

executes fine.

This will be handled when I'll be able to upload numpy 1.4.1:

('import numpy' doesn't work, quite bad indeed ;) ).
