[Python-modules-team] Bug#601441: python-pyside.qtmultimedia dependency

Package: python-pyside
Version: 0.4.0-2
Severity: normal
Hi,
When attempting to install the python-pyside metapackage I had to
install the python-pyside.* packagees manually.
The problem is the dependency on python-pyside.qtmultimedia (>= 0.4.0-2)
which is in turn dependent on libqt4-multimedia (>= 4:4.6.2).
libqt4-multimedia does not exist anymore in the 4.7 release of Qt and
since I have Qt4 installed from the experimental distribution (e. g. libqtgui4
(4:4.7.0~rc1-1)) I would have to downgrade to Qt 4.6 to be able to
install python-pyside.
Therefore I would suggest to only recommend python-pyside.qtmultimedia
for python-pyside.
Best regards and thanks for reading,
Rainer
