module named _tkagg

the last no change rebuild python-matplotlib-dbg_0.99.3-1+b1 introduced the
bug fixed by the patch.

>import pylab
...
ImportError: No module named _tkagg


workaround: change default backend in matplotlibrc to something else e.g.
gtkagg
