[Python-modules-team] Bug#621700: workaround

retitle 621700 fails to find tcl/tk headers during build. ImportError: No module named _tkagg
thanks

to workaround this bug:
copy /etc/matplotlibrc into $HOME/.matplotlib/

change the line
backend    : TkAgg
to another backend, like GTKAgg (requires python-gtk2), Qt4Agg (requires python-qt4)
or WXAgg (requires python-wx2.8)
