[Python-modules-team] Bug#637886: Homepage field point to non-existant site (404)

The Homepage field directs to http://pylonshq.com/WebHelpers/ which only
displays a 404 error message.

The documentation seems to have moved to
https://docs.pylonsproject.org/projects/webhelpers/dev/ which also has
pointers to the development mailing list and bug tracker.  Maybe the
Homepage field could use this page instead?
