libgnutls26 broke ABI: gnutls_openpgp_privkey_sign_hash used to be
exported, but it's not anymore. Simply re-adding it to lib/libgnutls.map
should fix the bug.
That said, the function is deprecated, so python-gnutls ideally
shouldn't be using it.
