[Python-modules-team] Bug#614949: python-contract: FTBFS without Python 2.5: failing tests

Default build directory for Python >= 2.6 is no longer build/lib.  
However, this path is currently hard-coded in debian/rules. As a 
consequence, the package will fail to build from source once python2.5 
is removed from the set of supported versions.

The attached patch fixes this bug.
