[Python-modules-team] Bug#633658: pyelemental: Please update the Uploaders field or orphan this package

As stated in Bug #628997, #632653, #632654, #632655, the only uploader
of pyelemental package is giving up his maintenance of all his
packages in Debian, I hereby request Debian Python Modules Team, as in
the Maintainer field, to remove him from the Uploaders field, or
orphan this package.
