[Python-modules-team] Bug#635294: python-smbc: Context.open takes 3 arguments, official docs say 1

Context.open complains about needing 3 arguments, but current docs say
it needs only 1.  Current docs means upstream docs, since there are no
docs in the package.  And upstream is at 1.0.11.

(Anything unpolite elided, ain't easy...)
