[Python-modules-team] Bug#617929: RM: python-kde -- RoQA; kde3-cruft, superseded by python-kde4

Please, remove python-kde3 from the archive, it has been superseded by
python-kde4 for a couple of years now and it depends on kdelibs from KDE 3
that is being removed from the archive.
There is currently no package using python-kde3 in the archive and it would
be good to remove this before people waste time in addressing the needed
changes for the latest python policy.
