[Python-modules-team] Bug#618514: python-xdg: should take care of TryExec key by itself

Currently all programs willing to make use of the standard TryExec key
have to implement the check by themselves.  It would be much more
efficient to provide support directly in pyxdg.

A checkTryExec() method of some sort on DesktopEntry and MenuEntry
would be neat.
