[Python-modules-team] Bug#618987: python-sip: segfault using qscintilla component

Hi,

attached is a minimal example that segfaults.

Note that the error occurs in the keyword argument handling.
Using normal function arguments intead of keyword arguments makes the segfault 
going away, so I think this is an error with sip keyword argument handling.
