Hi,

I'm rejecting the package. debian/copyright states

  3. Neither the name of the University nor the names of its contributors
     may be used to endorse or promote products derived from this software
     without specific prior written permission.

but the upstream license says

    * Neither the name of the copyright holder nor the names of its
      contributors may be used to endorse or promote products derived from
      this software without specific prior written permission.

Please include the upstream license without any changes.
