[Python-modules-team] Bug#695952: IPython should use Linux color scheme by default

For some reason, Debian version of IPython uses LightBG color scheme by default. Upstream version uses Linux color scheme by default, and I think Debian version should use it as well. Most terminal emulators in Debian use dark background by default, and Linux color scheme looks much better on dark background.
