python3-regex currently provides only extension modules for 3.2, but its 
python3 dependency is only:

python3 (>= 3.2)

This is satisfied with e.g. python3_3.3.0-1 (currently in experimental), 
even though you can't currently import the regex module with such 
version of Python.
