Hi!

`python-pisa' is missing a depenency on the `python-pkg-resources'
package. If this is not installed, you get:

jbglaw at elle:~$ xhtml2pdf 
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/xhtml2pdf", line 5, in <module>
    from pkg_resources import load_entry_point
ImportError: No module named pkg_resources
