Package: python-sendfile,python-sendfile-dbg
Version: python-sendfile/2.0.0-5
Version: python-sendfile-dbg/1.2.4-1+b2
Justification: renders package unusable
pysendfile has hijacked binary package python-sendfile (previously build
from source package py-sendfile). Was this acknowledged by py-sendfile
maintainers?
Anyway, the hijack makes python-sendfile-dbg uninstallable in sid:
| # apt-get install python-sendfile-dbg
| Reading package lists... Done
| Building dependency tree
| Reading state information... Done
| Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
| requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
| distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
| or been moved out of Incoming.
| The following information may help to resolve the situation:
|
| The following packages have unmet dependencies:
| python-sendfile-dbg : Depends: python-sendfile (= 1.2.4-1+b2) but it is not going to be installed
| E: Broken packages
