[Python-modules-team] Bug#640940: bug is back

the issue is back in 1.6.2~rc1-1.
it was "fixed" upstream for x11 but not for everything else distutil can
check.
If the other stuff is multiarched it will break again

E.g. this fails in experimental where fftw3 is multiarched:
from numpy.distutils.system_info import get_info
get_info("fftw3", 2)
