The DEP-8 tests fail with the latest version (0.9.1-1) from experimental.

The dep-8.diff patch fails to apply (completely).

It's caused by upstream revision 7437 (http://repo.or.cz/w/docutils.git/commitdiff/32e1774313)
which caused test pages to use all HTML pages in tests use stylesheets located in `tests/input`
directory.

I think that patch can now be just removed, which should solve the problem.
