[Python-modules-team] Bug#671802: patch

Control: tags -1 + patch

I've prepared a patch that adds a -dbg package. The package builds, the
main package appears to have the same content as the old version and the
-dbg package appears to have proper content, but I didn't actually install
and test the packages (I also didn't try to build in a pbuilder chroot).

Note that the patch renames two files so `svn mv` should be used to keep
the history.
