Np, it's not urgent (since there is a fix/workaround). I just reported
it, so that it will get fixed in the Debian package eventually.

I emailed the upstream developer and let him know of the issue. I'll
update this thread if/when he responds, and when the fix is pushed upstream.

I haven't encountered any other issues with ctypeslib that need fixing.
