[Python-modules-team] Bug#705631: test failures

I get two test failures with 1.2.1.
the first is probably a missing python3-imaging-dbg build dependency.
I can't reproduce the second one with matplotlib git head, so it may
already be fixed, it only occurs with python3.3.
