[Python-modules-team] Bug#714319: rst2odt_prepstyles: please port from lxml to ElemenTree

rst2odt_prepstyles is the only Docutils component that requires lxml. It 
would be nice if it could be ported to ElementTree (which is included in 
the standard library since Python 2.5), so that we could drop 
python-lxml from Recommends.
