[Python-modules-team] Bug#669881: python-tweepy is out of date

Since Twitters deprecation of API 1.0 on June 11 [0], Tweepy 1.7 is 
unusable, since 1.1 support was only added in 2.0 [1], released on 
February 10 [2].

Please update the package to keep it usable.
