[Python-modules-team] Bug#730728: python3-matplotlib: missing python3-gi-cairo as recommends/suggest package

Dear Maintainer,

I would suggest to add python3-gi-cairo in recommends/suggest package for users
of GTK3Cairo backend with python3. Otherwise matplotlib displays a window
without any figure rendered.
