Package: python-markdown
Version: 2.1.1-3
Severity: serious
Justification: Policy 12.5

Dear maintainer,

debian/copyright for this package states that the package is
dual-licensed under the GPL 2 and the BSD licenses, however I cannot
find any indication that it is under GPL 2.

In addition, copyright statements are omitted:

markdown/searializers.py:

I have not looked through every file in the package, so I am sure it is
possible I missed some entries.

When updating debian/copyright also consider updating the upstream URL
listed therein.

Cheers,

Luke Faraone
