[Python-modules-team] Bug#745382: sphinxcontrib-spelling: Please use dh_python2 instead of dh_pysupport

Dear Maintainer,

Your package currently uses python-support. In Sphinx, I maintain a hack that allows
python-support- and dh_python2-based modules to co-exist in sphinxcontrib namespace.

However, as python-support is deprecated for a long time, I would like to get rid of
that hack. Please consider using the modern dh_python2 helper.
