[Python-modules-team] Bug#755596: Bug#755596: Django 1.7 issue found

Made changes to subversion to fix this and add Python3 support.

It depends on packages currently in New (python3-celery and
python3-django-nose)

Need to make sure we haven't broke Django 1.6. Probably won't matter any
more after Django 1.7 gets uploaded into Debian.

We reverted this fix to get Django 1.7 working properly:
