Dear Maintainers,

As we reported upstream (https://github.com/mitsuhiko/babel/issues/76)  babel
does not support the new gettext header 'Language' of PO files.

We have created a patch that seems to solve the problem (available in the bug
report), but it hasn't been merged so far upstream.
