[Python-modules-team] Bug#739406: pytest tries to access network during build

During the build of the sphinx doc, pytest tries to access
http://docs.python.org/objects.inv. Removing sphinx.ext.intersphinx line
41 of doc/en/conf.py would fix the issue. Please patch conf.py to do that.
