[Python-modules-team] Bug#735302: python-kyotocabinet: please move your package to DPMT's repo

Please move your package to DPMT's repo. Unfortunately we still use SVN,
nobody had time to prepare migration to GIT (and random location is not
an option).

Alternative is to remove Debian Python Modules Team from Maintainer field.
