[Python-modules-team] Bug#736525: python-gnutls: please rebuild python-gnutls against newer GnuTLS API (libgnutls28-dev)

libgnutls26 is an older API that is unsupported upstream.  Please
rebuild python-gnutls against libgnutls28-dev, which is the
upstream-supported API.
