[Python-modules-team] Bug#750630: python-matplotlib: Default backend 'tkagg' broken

Dear Maintainer,

It seems that the default backed is tkagg which is not built in this version of matplotlib. It is better to build tkagg as well as it is better for several things, but an alternative is to set a different default backend.
