Dear Maintainer,
The package is installed, but the command is not found.
$ virtualenv
The program 'virtualenv' is currently not installed. To run 'virtualenv' please ask your administrator to install the package 'python-virtualenv'
virtualenv: command not found
$ aptitude search python-virtualenv
i python-virtualenv - Python virtual environment creator
Further, indeed:
