Hi,

 As https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pysmbc/ , upstream has already released
 1.0.13 in 2 years ago. It seems to be stable enough.

 Is there any reason to stack to current package version?
 If not, please update it.

 To upstream maintainer (hamano-san):
  If you have an interest to maintain pysmbc in Debian, please help us.
