the same issue occurs on mips, though the porterbox is so slow I do not
have a big urge to try and debug anything on it.
When there is a arm porterbox which is faster I may have a look at it again.

(On mips I'm ignoring the testfailure, though I should probably request
removing the binaries instead, I don't really want to extend ignoring
failures to more arches that just causes pain downstream)
