We previously had to deliberately disable python3-genshi support for
Python > 3.3 because upstream was not compatible. This was
implemented in the form of an ImportError raised when sys.version_info
indicated Python 3.4 or greater. As Python 3.4 is the only available
version on Jessie, this renders python3-genshi useless.

Although upstream is quite slow to release new versions, their
upstream vcs has patches, and the Fedora genshi maintainer has
provided pointers to their packaging, both of which should allow us to
re-enable support for genshi in Python 3.4. I'll be working on
packaging that up, and I intend to file an rc bug and request a freeze
exemption for Jessie once this is working.
