[Python-modules-team] Bug#768050: python-cairocffi: New upstream version: 0.6

Hi Federico,

Thanks for the notice, I didn’t know other packages would depend on it. I knew that a new upstream version has been released. However, it depends now on python-xcffi which doesn’t look straightforward to package. I have started putting everything together but I still need to contact my sponsor and the upstream to decide what is the best way to do it. 

I’ll do my best to have something uploaded ASAP.
