[Python-modules-team] Bug#769900: python3-pyramid: The scaffolds template are not included, despite being documented

Dear Maintainer,

There is no trace of pyramid/scaffolds/{starter, alchemy, zodb} being
included within the package, even though they are mentionned in the
pcreate manpage. I've checked, the setup.py from the original tarball
(unstripped) does install them, whereas the stripped version doesn't.

Would you please include them?
