Whoops - I confused python-pygraphviz and python-pygraph packages.  Fix 
_is_ in preparation, it seems, but fixed package not yet released.

New CDBS is now imminent, so (in addition to fixing wrong bug closure) I 
hereby bump severity of this bug.
